Process:
This assessment is completed online and is followed up with a 2 hour personal analysis session (Either on Skype or in person). It will help you to better understand your type and how this affects the choices you make, This session will provide, together with development steps, practical tips and ideas for matching your preferred environment and the tasks you most like to do, with job choices that are likely to provide you with the most satisfaction.
This analysis session is followed up with a three month coaching package, designed to take the information extracted from the report, define goals, set action steps and develop positive forward momentum.
