Communication Style Assessment
The MBTI® Communication Style assessment is a basis to understanding and improving individual and team communication.
Communicating in an effective and emotionally intelligent way is a core competency in today’s culturally diverse organizations, team orientated organizations.
The MBTI Communication Style Report helps individuals to first understand their own type and communication preference styles, and then uses this as a framework to understand the different communication styles of others.
This report is particularly effective when used with teams to open up a dialogue about forms of communication that best support the group.

Process:
This assessment is completed either online or as a hard copy, and followed up with a 2 hour personal analysis session (Either on Skype or in person). It will help you, or your employees to better understand their own communication strengths, and the areas where work may be needed. This session, will provide, together with development steps, practical tips and ideas for communicating effectively with other personality types.
