Krissy Jackson: Executive Coach and Trainer

Krissy Jackson, our founder is a Credentialed ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with additional certification in adult education. She is an inspirational, results-focused professional with a history of high level leadership, group facilitation and training skills.

She has 6 years executive coaching experience and has provided coaching, consulting and training all over Europe, and to companies as diverse as Biogen Idec, BP Biofuels, Cisco, Credit Suisse, Glencore, Hewlett Packard, Johnson & Johnson, Nordstream, Siemens and Thomson Reuters.

She works with her clients to enhance self esteem, leadership competency, motivation, interpersonal communication and efficiency. People who have worked with Krissy say she is warm, insightful, and an energizing master of encouragement.

Krissy is dedicated to raising standards within the coaching profession and to building awareness of the value of coaching. She is currently serving in her third year on the International Coach Federation Global Board of Directors and was also the board liaison to the Conference Education Steering Committee for the ICF Global Conference held in Vegas this year.

Krissy is originally from New Zealand, although she has lived and worked in Europe for the last 20 years, 14 of those have been based in Zug, Switzerland. She coaches in English, and is available for private 1-1 coaching around the world via Skype, and in person in central Europe.

Krissy is available for executive coaching, working with both individuals and groups, career coaching and small business coaching. Her special interests are MBTI workshops for team development, and integrating Gen Y’s effectively into the workforce.

Privately, Krissy is the mother of a 16 year old son, she enjoys traveling, skiing most weekends in winter, and in summer she is passionate about Stand-Up Paddling, in fact there is barely an evening between April and October, when you will not find her on the lake.
